These terms govern the services provided by Send Flow Studio LLC (“Send Flow Studio”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, to any client (“you”) who commissions work from us or uses this website. By engaging us or paying an invoice, you accept these terms.
SCOPE OF WORK
Each project is defined by the quote, proposal, or package description agreed in writing before work begins. Anything not listed there is outside the scope. Additional pages, features, integrations, or rounds of revision can be added and will be quoted separately.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in the currency shown on your invoice and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Projects begin once the agreed deposit is received. Remaining balances are due on the dates set out in the invoice, and before a site is deployed to a live domain.
We may pause work on overdue accounts. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, as they cover the time reserved for your project.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to supply the content, brand assets, and access we need to complete the work, and to review deliverables and give feedback within a reasonable time. You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other material you send us may lawfully be used for your project. Timelines assume timely responses; delays in feedback or content move delivery dates accordingly.
OWNERSHIP AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
On full payment, ownership of the final website files and designs created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our internal tools, frameworks, and reusable components, and we keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Domains, hosting, plugins, fonts, stock media, and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms and fees, which are your responsibility unless we have agreed to manage them for you.
SUPPORT AND WARRANTY
We fix defects in our own work reported within thirty days of launch at no charge. This does not cover changes to scope, new features, issues caused by edits made by you or a third party, or faults in third-party services. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate arrangement.
LIABILITY
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee particular commercial results such as traffic, rankings, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
CANCELLATION
Either party may end a project in writing. You remain responsible for work completed up to that point, and any deposit already paid is applied against it. If a project is left inactive on your side for more than sixty days we may close it and invoice for the work delivered
GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your engagement applies. Questions can be sent to hello@sendflowstudio.com.
